SRC was formed to serve the professional television community. Started by Rich Hajdu, principal consultant, and a 30-year television industry veteran who has been involved with production, dealer and manufacturer sales and system design. Rich has personally been in management positions with WANX-TV, Tektronix/Grass Valley, Chyron, Harris, Utah Scientific and Beck TV. With access to industry professionals from every discipline, SRC can focus on specific problems and develop the best-in-class solutions.
SRC is a consultancy developed specifically to work with suppliers and end users in the television content creation and distribution space.
We will help hardware and software providers with technically advanced products, but little experience with setting up a sales and marketing organization. We can develop a "go to market" strategy, help define sales goals and targets, design a comprehensive marketing plan, set up a distribution network, even help you hire and manage a sales force.
